Description

A two-year graduate programme for Social Sciences postgraduates. The first year involves a placement within the FCC Human Capital team, focusing on employee experience, learning & development, and diversity initiatives. The second year offers rotational experiences across various business units within the FirstRand Group (like RMB and FNB) to apply social sciences principles to strategic business projects.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Education: A Postgraduate degree (Honours or Master's) in Social Sciences or a related field (eg, Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology, Political Science, Development Studies) from an accredited institution
  • Skills & Attributes:
  • Analytical and critical thinking skills for research and data interpretation
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and in multidisciplinary teams
  • A demonstrated interest in human development, social innovation, or organisational culture
